Experience Sketching Workshop - Draw what you Saw

As a part of our monthly support group. This workshop is designed to assist you in recalling your experience. We will go into a group hypnosis and meditation to focus on one or two experiences, in which you can remotely view and  recalling what was experienced. We will then draw these experiences. This is a free event as part of those that are registered on hybrid mother.com. Please be sure to RSVP on this website to receive the private zoom link to join.

Grounding, manifestation and practice of  trust and intuition is the focus of this safe and loving circle. 

Please prepare the following supplies:  do not feel obligated to purchase anything you can use whatever you have at home. 

Please prepare a sketchbook ,  paper or canvas

Notebook and pen or pencil in order to take notes. 

Markers, colored pencils, crayons, pens, charcoal, pastels, acrylics, oils, your choice.

You may paint or draw what you see.

Please also have a headset available for the meditation and hypnosis session. You must have me in your ears and i also much be able to hear you clearly.

We will then share

Be prepared to be creative and exercise going outside your comfort zone and imagination.
